Jennelle J. Johnson

Jennelle Johnson primarily handles cases in criminal, juvenile, and general business law. She has been a trial attorney since 2004. She is a veteran litigator and has tried over 70 criminal jury trials to verdict including both misdemeanors and felonies. She has handled cases ranging from support contempt hearings, probation violations, restraining orders, and fugitive holds to a variety of misdemeanors including DUII and domestic violence. She is the most experienced trial attorney in the office and handles the majority of felony cases in the office ranging from assaults, drug possession, identify theft, and arson. Jennelle is also experienced in juvenile dependency cases and has represented both parents and children. Beyond her criminal practice she uses her negotiation and writing skills in business law. Her client base includes negotiating contracts and representing businesses in all matters including formation of the LLC or corporation to selling of the business.
